Belgrade - Day 2

The weather on the second day of our trip was rainy and chill, so we didn't have many options for sightseeing.

We decided to visit the "Nikola Tesla" museum.

When we left the museum, we stumbled upon a cute bakery where I saw these French macarons.

And I had to have one.

M. was prepared with a suggestion for lunch. We went to "Zavičaj" - a Serbian restaurant with traditional cuisine. I had meatballs and "Shopska" salad and this time M. had the "pleskavica".

After that we went to see St. Sava Temple. You can find a review on TripAdvisor that this is the most impressive building you can see in Belgrade.

  9. There's some really cool looking architecture in Belgrade. It's always a bummer when it rains when you're visiting a city but at least you were able to make the best of it. That macaron not only looks yummy but it also looks big ~_^
